DESCRIPTION

India is the 6th largest producer of arabica coffee right behind Brazil, Colombia, Honduras, Ethiopía & Mexico. The Monsooned process is unique to the South-West coast of India and consist of green coffee being exposed to the high humidity conditions during the monsoon season. Throughout the process, the coffee undergoes complex changes and new aromas and flavors are unveiled. The color, shape & size of these beans, as well as their aroma & taste, are the result of the special post-harvest Monsooned processing.
